You are invited to attend the 59th Annual Maize Genetics Conference. The Conference will be held March 9-12, 2017, at the Union Station of St. Louis, Missouri, USA.

The Conference will open with a Thursday evening meal, March 9 and close at noon Sunday, March 12.

Join researchers in St. Louis, to:

  • Listen to invited talks in genetics and plant biology given by internationally renowned scientists
  • Learn the most current scientific and technical advances in maize genetics
  • Participate in broad subject area sessions to stimulate new ideas that you can share with your lab
  • Network with potential collaborators at meals, poster sessions and evening mixers
  • Submit your latest research in an abstract for inclusion as an oral or poster presentation

The McClintock Prize awardee:

Dr. Michael Freeling, the 2017 McClintock Prize awardee, will present his work at this year's Maize Genetics Conference. Additionally, the MGEC will be presenting an early career and a mid-career award.
