model organism Zea mays.
MaizeGDB is a founding member of
AgBioData,
a consortuim of agriculture-related online resources which is
committed to making agriculture-related research data FAIR.
GCV: A web-app that visualizes genomic context data in a single, federated interface by using functional annotations as a unit of search and comparison.
The MaizeGDB Pedigree Viewer is developed to display pedigree relationships between maize varieties in a network representation.
The Viewer is based on a pedigree network of 4706 maize varieties that are currently available in the MaizeGDB Stock Pages. The
tool allows the user to apply a number of filters, select or upload their own breeding relationships, center a pedigree network
on a maize variety, and display the shortest path(s) between two maize varieties on the pedigree network.
